The Blue Beetle was syndicated between 05/15/40 to 09/13/40 twice a week on Wednesday and Friday. The first eight episodes featured Frank Lovejoy in the role of Dan Garrett, the policeman with superhuman powers known as The Blue Beetle. The first twelve broadcasts were in the 30 minute format. The rest of the run was aired twice a week as a two part storyline in the 15 minute format starting 06/26/40.
